LH Equipment Sales is a leading supplier of earthmoving equipment, attachments, spare parts, and technical solutions to the Namibian mining and construction sectors.
Together, we serve some of Namibia's largest mining houses, contractors, and infrastructure projects.
Minimum Requirements
✔ Minimum 5 years' experience in the sales of earthmoving, mining, construction, or heavy equipment
✔ Strong technical understanding of earthmoving equipment, attachments, components, and spare parts
✔ Proven track record in sales and business development
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Strong client relationship management abilities
✔ Self-motivated, goal-driven, and professional
✔ Valid driver's licence
✔ Must be based in Windhoek
Key Responsibilities
Windhoek Renovations Plant Hire
Promote and market the company's extensive earthmoving and plant hire fleet
Generate new business opportunities and secure long-term contracts
Prepare quotations and negotiate rental agreements
Maintain relationships with existing clients while developing new accounts
LH Equipment Sales
Promote and sell earthmoving and mining equipment
Assist clients with equipment selection and technical solutions
Support parts and service sales opportunities
Develop new sales opportunities within the mining, construction, and civil sectors
Business Development
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct regular client visits throughout Namibia
Identify market opportunities and emerging projects
Represent both companies professionally within the industry
